"Where to start about this place, ... After a long journey we arrived around 9pm to two not so friendly reception staff.. who gave the impression it was hard work to even smile. They gave us a ground floor room being a couple in our late 40s. We got in the room to being next door to a family of 5 ..."

Verified traveler

Not enough staff speak english. Dinner poor quality and many staff are disengaged. Some helpful and friendly but it was not consistent. Also they charge you, on top of the cost of the room for a pool towel, robe, water. Pool closes at 7 not 10 pm.
