"Having traveled and experienced a wide variety of hotel/hostel standards, my assessment of Samsara Hotel is that is at best a 2nd rate hostel. Our room (#10) was dark and musty and felt like a dorm room. The bathroom was hardly usable with the sink having such a short faucet that you could barely wash your hands. The shower offered NO water one evening and when it was eventually turned on, the pressure provided only a trickle next to the wall. Additioanally, the walls & ceiling were moldy...

"I have stayed in over 1200 hotels in my life. THIS WAS THE WORST. STAY AWAY!!!! A power surge took out my laptop while I was in my room. This is obviously a huge problem. Staff were worse than useless with that problem and other requests. I asked them to recommend a computer repair place and they suggested a cell phone store. An Uber driver said it was "stupid" and took me to a computer repaid place. I asked their staff to recommend a gym (see below) and they recommended one over 1 km away....
