"Ended up not staying here because we were delayed by traffic on A7 and did not realize we had to make arrangements by 1800 or you were out of luck. I tried calling the hotel to make arrangements to arrive late but no one answered - I am going to contact hotels.com to get my money back. Completely disappointed with the lack of customer service. Do not stay here."

"Das Zimmer war toll: geräumig, sauber, die kleine Küchenzeile praktisch für Gäste die etwas länger bleiben und nicht täglich auswärts essen können /wollen und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wir hatten bereits über 700km hinter uns und nach einer 30minütigen, verzweifelten und erfolglosen Suche nach einem Stellplatz (fast alle für Anwohner reserviert), parkten wir im nahegelegenen Parkhaus des Galeria-Kaufhauses. "Maximal 20€ pro Tag" stand am Eingang, maximal 16€ wurden direkt am Automaten...

"Unser Aufenthalt war kurz, aber sehr angenehm. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, wenn man mit Kindern verreist. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Gerne wieder :-)"

"Just to be clear this is like staying in a simply-furnished one-bedroom apartment in a residential area close to downtown. There are some hotel-like amentites: they'll make up your room and provide fresh towels, but there is no room service and their English is just workable. Overall we loved it. Recommended, especially if you might spend some evenings at home."
