It has all modern conveniences from the centralised vacuum cleaner to the satellite television, Wi-Fi Internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, electric clothes horse, refrigerator and freezer, cooker, electric oven, microwave, hair dryer, iron, oil central heating, etc.

There is a large kitchen/dining room with family table for 8 people and an outdoor covered barbecue area with garden table and chairs for 8 people too.
The pool with Portuguese mosaic is 5x7.5 m and 1.50 m deep (it is such a spectacle at night when it is lit). The pool house and 6 sunloungers complete the equipment. The pool is surrounded by an authentic large round terrace built in the centre of the quinta.
You can easily park: you can park as many cars as you want in the indoor courtyard. The 1080 m² property located in the countryside is fully surrounded by walls and protected by an electric gate with remote control. The garden is composed of some trees that surround the indoor courtyard made of small white Portuguese stones.
