Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually). "

"Infelizmente o problema foi no check-in, não houve nenhuma instrução para combinar o recebimento das chaves então ficamos na rua com as malas e sem orientação. Quando conseguimos falar com alguém responsável por telefone a pessoa só disse que não tinha nossa reserva. Após passado o número da nossa reserva pediu para nos irmos para um bar e esperar por uma hora pela pessoa que chegaria com as chaves. Parece incrível mas foi real. "

"C est une chambre d hôte mais tout est en virtuel. Le check in il fallait un code que nous n avions pas j ai appelé par téléphone et l hote me l a donné. Le paiement se fait par une application. La chambre était tres bien avec un frigo. C edt un immeuble avec au bas 5 chambres loués et une entrée independante. Acces au micro onde café... il y a une table à l'extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner tres bon à deux metreesde l appartement boisson chaude et une viennoiserie. Le bus n est pas loin mais il y a...

"We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Waahroom was separate from the unit which was a but inconvenient. But is was clean and spacious. The bedroom could use a good cleaning and painting to spruce it up. Overall a nice stay."

"Not in a great location of Rome if you are a tourists looking to visit the sites as the closest site to see is at least a 15 euro taxi ride away. Advertise as a hotel but only 4 rooms and No real person on site when we checked in at 3pm so was all done thru messaging however there is no local phone to use to contact any sort of front desk, more like an airbnb. Asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any so that made comfort of bed not good. Also tv did not work, there was no rooftop area...
