The house is located in the Calatabiano residence! With a swimming pool, tennis court and a lovely lawn, we offer the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

Our cozy studio apartment is perfect for a pleasant holiday in Sicily. Equipped with two comfortable sofa beds, it can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
The kitchenette, with its white and wood tones, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The house is equipped with cutlery, plates and everything you need for the kitchen.
The bathroom is an oasis of modernity, with a spacious chromotherapy shower to make your stay memorable.
All of this is completed by a large Smart TV equipped with a game console and 4 joypads to fully enjoy your time at home.

The Norman Arab Castle of Calatabiano, which dominates the surrounding landscape, is one of the main attractions of the area and offers breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. You can walk along its thousand-year-old walls and immerse yourself in the history of the island.

Great location with easy access to beaches, groceries, and Taormina. Stefano is probably one of the best hosts we have had over the years. Seriously responsive and provided so many great recommendations. A solid 10 as a host.

Joli logement
Joli logement refait à neuf récemment. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La salle de bain offre une très belle prestation. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. La communication avec le propriétaire était excellente et des petites attentions nous attendaient pour soigner notre arrivée. Nous avons cependant rencontré de nombreux dysfonctionnements: la piscine n'était pas ouverte le 1er jour (moteur en panne et il n'était pas précisé non plus dans l'annonce que les bonnets de bain étaient obligatoires pour s'y baigner. Les enfants étaient extrêmement déçus d'autant plus que le logement avait été sélectionné pour cet équipement là ! L'électricité disjoncte plusieurs fois par jour (compteur vétuste) et l'accès au garage reste fastidieux (notre voiture tenait à peine) et la porte était défectueuse (moteur défectueux), elle ne remonte pas automatiquement. Literie du lit très moyenne et emplacement plutôt bruyant mais reste bien placé géographiquement. e excellente très réactif à nos demandes
