Refused a second key which made planning the day with other couple frustrating. No change of bedding, 10 nites sleeping in same sheets not good especially since the washer did not work . "We spent a fantastic 2 weeks at Géraldine & Pierre's accommodation which is exactly as described The appartment is fresh clean and cleverly laid out. It had all the facilities and equipment we needed. The whole place was peaceful and quiet during our stay. We swam every day in the pool at a perfect (for us) 27 degrees, delightful after a day spent exploring the many heritage sites and natural parks of the Manacor area and beyond. "Apartment was clean, well presented and for us…in a very lovely/quiet corner of Cala Santanyí (except the nearby bar music until 23.00 although the music suited us!). Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. "We had such an exceptional visit in Santanyí thanks to mariantonia! Her place was in an incredible location in the center of the town and very close to the beaches nearby. "Nice grounds and pools but the self catering apartments needed an upgrade. First room we were given air conditioning smelt of mould and balcony had a massive overgrown tree blocking any view. They moved us to a better apartment but the air con was extremely noisy and did not cool properly. They made no attempt to fix in our 3 day stay. Parking was charged at €15 per night so we parked on the road. Supermarket opposite. Several restaurants nearby. If they sorted out the air con I would go back...
