Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 25 m² studio in Calais which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you !

Les Prairies "The apartment is great for what we needed. The location is good, it’s walkable and close to the bus stations as well as grocery stores. There is a kitchen with everything we needed. The bathroom was very clean. The bed area was unfortunately quite dusty and there were no towels when we arrived. Although the listing said that those were included, we had to pay extra when we arrived. Also the hand sope in the bathroom was basically empty when we arrived and there was 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper which was definitely too little for our 5 day stay. These things were a little inconvenient and it took the host a long time to respond. Other than those small issues the place is accurately described. Thank you!"

Les Prairies "Le logement correspond à la description. Bon rapport qualité prix. L'hôte est accueillant et donne des explications sur l'endroit, les plages et les magasins à proximité. Il y a également des fascicules utiles. Salle de bain rénovée et propre, télévision avec Netflix, cuisine avec micro-ondes et équipements parfaits. Le ménage aurait pu être un peu plus méticuleux, surtout près du lit. J'ai du pousser le lit pour faire dormir ma fille contre le mur et j'avoue que c'était sale en dessous mais sinon l'état général était bien. Rideaux présents mais un peu courts, en été la lumière entre dès 5h du matin, pas super cool avec un enfant qui se réveille avec le soleil. La terrasse partagée est en réalité une cour où ont accès plusieurs voisins pour rentrer dans leur appartement. Dans la cour il y a une partie ""en travaux"" qui pourrait être améliorée. Le studio est bien situé si on a une voiture (45 min à pieds de la plage) et qu'on souhaite visiter différents endroits de la côte d'Opale."
