"The property itself has so much potential. The listing says the property has a private beach but there is absolutely no private beach. There is a beach about 10 minute walk which is good. The rooms are not soundproof at all… next door at 10am there was a couple engaging in some “adult” activities and everything could be heard which made my family very uncomfortable.
