Long delay in getting to my room
"Had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes for shuttle bus. Got to the hitel at 11.30pm ti find a line of 30 plus people waiting to check in with 2 people serving at the checkin station. Checkin took around 30 minutes for me to be served. Overall I was very tired and just wanted to sleep and lost 2 hours ..."

Very pleasant village. We were visiting friends in Hidden Hills and did not spend time in Calabasas, but driving through, it was quite attractive. Hotel should be updated to match the rather posh environment.
