"Host was prompt at check in but quick to exit with 100 euro cleaning fee. No explanation on the operation of stove, washer and shower. Refused a second key which made planning the day with other couple frustrating. No change of bedding, 10 nites sleeping in same sheets not good especially since the washer did not work . Had to go to the laundromat and pay to get clean towels. Toilet seat broke, rusted off. Frying pans need replacing and mold in the shower needs work. Excellent view , nicely...

"Apartment was clean, well presented and for us…in a very lovely/quiet corner of Cala Santanyí (except the nearby bar music until 23.00 although the music suited us!). Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. "We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The host, Yadir, was a great help and was very attentive when we needed any information. He made our stay an even better experience. I must admit he provided everything we needed and more and his apartment certainly has the wow factor. The roof terrace was a beautiful place to eat and relax. "The apartment is very spacious and clean, and the big balcony is a great space to relax and enjoy a bbq. "Nice grounds and pools but the self catering apartments needed an upgrade. First room we were given air conditioning smelt of mould and balcony had a massive overgrown tree blocking any view. They moved us to a better apartment but the air con was extremely noisy and did not cool properly. They made no attempt to fix in our 3 day stay. Parking was charged at €15 per night so we parked on the road. Supermarket opposite. Several restaurants nearby. If they sorted out the air con I would go back...

"The apartment was a good size for us. It had a good kitchen with plenty of utensils, pots and pans and dishes. The air conditioning units were great as it was very hot and the washing machine was an added bonus. "We spent a fantastic 2 weeks at Géraldine & Pierre's accommodation which is exactly as described The appartment is fresh clean and cleverly laid out. It had all the facilities and equipment we needed. The whole place was peaceful and quiet during our stay. We swam every day in the pool at a perfect (for us) 27 degrees, delightful after a day spent exploring the many heritage sites and natural parks of the Manacor area and beyond.
