"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"Everything about the stay was exactly as described. To be honest, the photo's don't do the apartment justice. Great sea views and looks straight over the pool. Location great for a short stroll into town. Great layout, very clean on arrival and Xisca responded to any questions we had before we went. We were even allowed a late check out as no one was arriving the day we left. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return in the future."

"The apartment is very spacious and clean, and the big balcony is a great space to relax and enjoy a bbq. The pool area is a lovely setting and our children loved it, it was also very quiet for mid-August - we often had the pool to ourselves! "Nice grounds and pools but the self catering apartments needed an upgrade. First room we were given air conditioning smelt of mould and balcony had a massive overgrown tree blocking any view. They moved us to a better apartment but the air con was extremely noisy and did not cool properly. They made no attempt to fix in our 3 day stay. Parking was charged at €15 per night so we parked on the road. Supermarket opposite. Several restaurants nearby. If they sorted out the air con I would go back...

"We spent a fantastic 2 weeks at Géraldine & Pierre's accommodation which is exactly as described The appartment is fresh clean and cleverly laid out. It had all the facilities and equipment we needed. The whole place was peaceful and quiet during our stay. We swam every day in the pool at a perfect (for us) 27 degrees, delightful after a day spent exploring the many heritage sites and natural parks of the Manacor area and beyond. Recommended without hesitation"

"Apartment was clean, well presented and for us…in a very lovely/quiet corner of Cala Santanyí (except the nearby bar music until 23.00 although the music suited us!). Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. Location/apartment/pool/parking were excellent and we will certainly look to book again."

"We had a wonderful time in this VRBO. The home was clean, well supplied, and a beautiful setting. It is in a community with no restaurants or groceries, which we didn’t understand when we booked. It was not really a huge problem since we used a taxi to get anywhere we needed to go. Unfortunately we didn’t get guidance from the property manager so we had to figure everything out from scratch. But we managed and had a great time. "

The property itself is diverse and offers multiple pools along with other activities such as ping pong, etc. The one (and very large) downside is the parking situation which is why I could not give a 5 star rating.
