"On the arrival day nobody was there. We had to wait a long time and could not contact the owner. Another hotel with locals helped us. They managed to contact the owner otherwise we had to sleep in our car maybe. Afterwards the owner said he was in a meeting and forgot that we arrive today. Balcony is defect, rusty fridge…."

"La casa está muy limpia, al detalle y con facilidades de jabón, toallas, champú, aceite, tostadoras etc. La ubicación no está mal, cerquita de Ciudadela y con piscina. Pero la casa es para 3 personas y no para 5 ya que el sofa cama cuando está abierto ocupa todo el salón y no puedes salir a la calle sin molestar a las personas que están en el sofá. Además el armario es pequeño como para 5. Creo que en las fotos, no se valora cómo es el apto. Y la terraza exterior, es minúscula y en esa mesa...

"Easy process at check in and baggage could be left until property ready. Pool area clean and quiet - range of sunbeds which towels are provided for. Safe included. Despite being at the top of the hill, there were steps down to the centre to shorten the journey. A supermarket was a 5min walk away. Sadly the smell of smoke in the room and damp on the walls/ceiling took the shine off the accommodation. If you are staying in peak time e.g July/august, it was a struggle with those temperatures...
