"Driving thru Bullhead on our way to Phoenix. Stopped for a couple nights to rest. Made a last minute reservation for a dog-friendly property. It was a great decision. This property was perfect for relaxing. It is very clean and comfortable and so nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. We had 2 nights of great sleep before getting back on the road. Glenda was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on future trips. "

"We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool on the river is amazing and there is an awesome dock. The house Manager Dawn was attentive and handled any questions we had. The kitchen is in need of remodeling as well as kitchenware. The only other issue we had was no hot water at kitchen sink. The house is great and we will be going back next fall!!"

They were very helpful, responded quickly to all of questions, and played a huge role in making our time at the property so memorable. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything needed for a fun time next to the Colorado river. Paddle boards, floaters, first aid, gas jugs, bumpers for water crafts/boats, and many more were all provided and readily available. My family and I had a wonderful time and couldn’t be happier.
