"Enjoyed a relaxing few days at this beautiful cabin. Easy access, private parking within premises. Quiet, residential and serene neighborhood. Amenities were spot on with everything being stocked. Comfortable beds and plenty of blankets to keep us warm. The kids loved the TV lounge with access to all their kids programs. Thanks for the swift communication when we had some network issues. "What an incredible experience we had in Arrowhead and our stay at Little Chip. The tri level home catered to all the kids ages 5months to 13 and had so much attention to detail in every room. "For me, it is the perfect place to stay. Its location is on a ridgeline, which makes for an incredible and (at times) breathtaking drive to the cabin. Once you arrive, the cabin itself is one treasure discovery after another. I can't speak highly enough about the space. I visited in July, so it was a little warm during peak daytime, but that's just more incentive to sit on the patio or in one of the two hammocks. "The property was nice with some apparent evidence of its age. The waterbed in the upstairs bedroom was a throwback to an era long past. The appliances provided were adequate with the exception of a blender to make the morning smoothie or afternoon margaritas. I think adding paper plates and a better quality TP would not hurt either."

"My husband and I had a great stay at this property. We got here during the first snow of the season and the roads were a bit scary but, luckily Leo gave us a heads up to bring a 4x4 or chains. Throughout our stay Leo was extremely helpful and one of the best hosts we’ve stayed with. Quiet neighborhood, would recommend to others."

"If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, cozy getaway, this is your place! This cabin is immaculate and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever cookware, utensils, etc... that you may need to cook a meal. The cupboard shelves are labeled so there is no guesswork about where things belong. There are tasteful instructions on how to light the fireplace, use Alexa, etc....Communication with the owner is prompt, polite, and courteous. They even provide an Adventure Pass...

"This was the perfect place to regroup after a busy day exploring Arrowhead! The cottage is cute and clean. Easy access to the cabin and a super quick drive into town. The only drawback was that our pickup truck was too large for the car-sized cutout parking spot, so our truck was always precariously dangling into the street. But the street is quiet, so there were no issues. Would definitely stay there again!"

The driveway is steep so be aware when you’re coming in the winter, but the inside was beautiful, the communication was great, and it was so cozy. The cabin was clean and well decorated. The owner communicated promptly and was wonderful to work with! If I come back to Lake Arrowhead this would be on my list of places to stay!!! "
