Hotel is very nice, clean and secure. Has underground secure parking for guests, which we liked because we stayed as part of a road trip to the Guadalajara area. There is no elevator, though, so try to get a room on the 1st floor, if you have a lot of luggage.

Hotel with a very poor limited parking.I had to wait till midnight to park my car on a not safe street across the hotel...Thursday n Friday with a lot of noise..the restaurant is disguised as a Karooke but its a bar to dance and drink with a very loud music. Then the man that cleans the pool was making lot of noise at 6am. Terrible 3 nights that i spent at that hotel.

El único detalle es que me tocó que la ventana de mi habitación estaba junto al extractor del restaurante y se metían los olores que de ahí salían, aparte de que no se podía abrir la ventana por lo mismo, habitación 214.
