I stayed with my family here for 2 nights. When we arrived in this hotel, there were no towels or toilet paper in our room. I called the front desk twice, to which they answered "I'm sorry Sir, one minute, ok?" They never came. The next day I went down on my pajamas as it seemed the only way to get them, and despite of that, it took like 10 min for the guy to come to our room to deliver only toilet paper and one big towel and one small towel, instead of 2 large towels as requested.
A/C in the room was broken, there are 2 units in the room. TVs are very old and small, with bad signal, broken remotes and just a few channels not worth it to turn it on.
There's free WiFi in the lobby and in some of the rooms (in my room signal was dead), but for some reason these hotels never give the password to you, unless you ask for it, which is really bad.
One of the family members reported that someone was looking into his stuff while he was gone, like trying to rob something, although nothing was missing fortunately.
The view of the pyramids is great, location is good. I can't complain about the noise as many people say, as I visited Giza during low season. Food is ok for a short stay.
