It was almost ideal room located in ideal spot! Organized and flexible processing in favour of their customer.
The only minor defect was that the light at the room entrance was not working, I didn't noticed at that time though.
We’d like to book a Nile cruise tour at the reception, they told us it would be $600 for two people. The next day when we got back, they said they made a mistake, the price should be $600 per person. I told them we would go with another travel agency with cheaper price, then they said “It can be $500 per person”. Looks like they were trying to rip us off, we chose another agency.
Don’t judge a hostel by its entrance - or lift! This lovely place was clean, modern, very good value and a great position for visiting some of the main Cairo attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. Delicious simple Egyptian breakfast. And a fun ride in the lift!
Excellent. Welcoming and friendly staff who are all fluent English speakers who helped us to organise so many things. Excellent quiet accommodation. This place is both an oasis in the ghetto that is downtown Cairo, and is the best location possible for visiting the museum. Excellent breakfast.
