I will be contacting Orbitz for a full refund. The room I reserved was already full, and they said they don’t work with Orbitz. Therefore, they said I need to get a refund from Orbitz, but that they could rent me a single room (1 twin bed) with fan for 150 EGP. We (2 people) had reserved a king room with AC. Given that we had no choice, and it’s too hot to walk around looking, we took it. So as of now, I have paid cash for a room, and never received the room that I pre-booked and paid for. They declined to cancel the reservation, claiming there was no signal. Orbitz, help!
