Very good location one block from Nasser Metro so very easy to reach most points of interest. Hotel fixtures are not up to date--old style room keys required a bit of patience. But room was perfectly fine, and rooftop lounge was a pleasant place for breakfast. All staff very comfortable. If modern western fixtures aren't critical to you, Carleton offers very good value

The hotel has a rustic charm. They clean it well, but it felt like parts of the room could use a bit of an update. We had a room facing the street where we could hear music from businesses below, but it didn't keep us up at night.

Para el precio, está bien. Es un hotel viejo pero tiene buena comida en el roof y está limpio, además de muy cerca de la plaza Tahir y el Museo que tiene la máscara de Tutankamón. Como moverse en Uber en Egipto es muy barato, está en un punto medio de las principales atracciones. Idesl pars llegar a dornir y balarse mientras mejor gastas el.dinero en tours u otras actividades.

Nice old hotel with beautiful furniture! Bathroom box very small and water splashes everywhere. TV only local channels. Located at dirty area. Breakfast very basic! Front desk very friendly!

Très bon séjour
Très belle chambre lumineuse. Hôtel de 1935 avec une décoration restée dans cet esprit, très belle salle de dîner/bar. Personnel dévoué et à l’écoute. Excellent emplacement entre gare Ramses et place Tahrir, à deux pas du métro Nasser.
