Key Collection and Return
Your keys may be collected from the Key Safe inside courtyard with the code provided. When you depart, please return the keys to this Key Safe and scramble the code for security.
Please note the letter box is not accessible during your stay. If you have any mail posted to this letterbox, please advise us and we’ll arrange for your mail to be placed under the front door
Security Bond on Check In
A refundable Security Bond is required to be paid before check in
Your Departure Clean
Please ensure all dishes, crockery and cutlery are washed and put away when you leave. Excess cleaning upon your departure will incur charges from your security bond
Mid-stay Full Clean
A full clean, linen and bin change and top up of amenities is available with 72 hours notice, and at a cost a $295. This clean will occur between 9am to 5pm any day except Sunday and Public Holidays
Smart TV
Feel free to log into your Netflix or other entertainment account via the Smart TV, but please remember to log out when you depart. If you don’t have an entertainment account, YouTube has plenty of free videos to watch
Air conditioners
Please close all windows and doors when the Air conditioners are in use. Please switch off Air conditioners when you are not in the property
Amenities
ebeds has provided you with starter amenities, such as coffee pods, tea, sugar, laundry powder, toilet paper, etc. Any extras or top ups are at your expense
Tap Water in Cairns is Safe to Drink
No Parties, Loud Noise Or Music
This complex is home to many. Please respect your neighbours by keeping noise and disruption to a minimum. 10pm to 8am is the cut-off time for all music and excess noise
Strictly No Extra Guests
Your booking is for the confirmed number of guests you have booked for. Any extra guests or excess utilities usage will be deducted from your bond
Lock Up When You Leave
Whilst this neighbourhood is friendly, please remember to secure the premises before you depart. Both your belongings and those of this property are your responsibility
Damages, Breakages, Theft or Lost Keys
Please note that any damages, breakages or theft will be compensated from the Security Bond and via the Booking Channel you placed your booking with. Lost keys incur a charge of $600 (all locks and keys are required to be replaced)
No Shoes Upstairs
Please limit shoe traffic to the ground level and use the shoe rack provided. This will make your stay more pleasant and keep the upstairs area hygienic and clean
Fruit & Herb Garden
The front courtyard has seasonal, fruit trees and herbs. Please help yourself to these during your stay, and only pick what you need. Please only cut or pick the vegetables leaves and fruit off and leave the roots in the soil, this will allow the plant to regrow more crop for the next guests. During warmer months, please water the garden regularly. Thank you
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is able to be used from 7am to 9pm only. No excessive noise, no glass and no alcohol is permitted in the pool area
Car parking
The resident have allowed cars to be parked infront of their garage / courtyard gate, however we recommend parking inside the garage or in the guest carpark opposite the pool. If you have a 2nd vehicle, please only park on Charles Street in front of the property. You must not park in other owner’s car parks, or block the driveway
Public Transport
Bus Stop – the closest bus stop Captain Cook Highway which is a 7 minute walk
Train Station – Cairn Central train station is a 5 minute drive with regular trains to and from Kuranda Village

Novotel Resort & Crystalbrook Riley Hotel – Both of these hotels permit non residents to use their pool (providing a purchase from their bar/cafe is made). The Novotel has a pool bar with Happy Hour from 4-5pm daily and both are a fantastic option to enjoy the balmy Cairns weather in poolside luxury
