Outdoor Area & Pool
Step outside into your private outdoor oasis. The outdoor area is designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind. A Weber BBQ is available for those who love to grill, while the outdoor dining area provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals. The outdoor lounge area is perfect for evening drinks, casual conversations, or simply relaxing while enjoying the fresh air.
The highlight of the outdoor space is the 7 x 3 metre pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days or lounging by the water with a good book. The pool area is equipped with comfortable seating, allowing you to fully enjoy the sun and the serene atmosphere.
4 Bedrooms
King bed main bedroom makes a nice retreat, with a private ensuite bathroom and walk in robe.
The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and ample wardrobe storage
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room.
Bathrooms
In addition to the ensuite, the home features a main bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower.
Bath towels, pool towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.
This home is a fabulous choice for a family or friends get together.
AMENITIES
We provide a generous amount of amenities for your first couple of days, as a "start up" for your stay. You will need to provide your own after that.
LINEN/TOWELS
Our linen is hotel quality and professional cleaned. Each guest is provided 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel. We also provide hand towels, face washers, bathmats and tea towels.
BAG STORAGE
Bag storage before or after your stay is not available, but we do suggest Stasher Luggage (next to The Jack Hotel) 52 Spence Str, Cairns.
ENVIRONMENT
We are mindful of the footprint that we leave environmentally and do our best to deliver our service to guests by reducing our impact.

There are currently some tools etc stored in the garage. Please ensure children do not have access to the garage unaccompanied.

Robust aluminium louvre roof is installed over the deck and patio.
Just the push of a button gives you complete control over sun and shade. The weatherproof louvre systems allows for ventilation and rain protection with nearly 100-degree rotation. Ultimate climate control for any backyard space with aerofoil- shaped louvers for the most advanced insulation.
In addition to 8 guests we can fit a couple of extra "little guests" if you are happy for them to sleep on fold out beds.
HOUSE RULES
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For us to do so we would appreciate you following the house rules. These rules are a condition of your occupancy.
Check-in is after 3pm, Check-out is 10am.
Please respect our property and leave it as you found it, clean and tidy.
No smoking inside the property.
No pets allowed unless stated in property description. If the property is pet friendly, any damage caused by your pet or if extra cleaning is required because of your pet, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred.
If evidence of smoking or pets without approval are found, charges for extra cleaning fees will apply.
We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property or injury or death to occupant, guest or invitee.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Maximum number of guests must not exceed property information for maximum guest numbers.
No parties or events permitted.
Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum before 7am and after 10pm. If a complaint is received you will receive a message via the booking platform, then a phone call. Failure to comply with reducing noise may lead to immediate eviction.
Please take out rubbish before you check out, location of bins are provided in your checkout instructions.
Please ensure all dishes and kitchenware are washed and returned to cupboards, fridge cleaned out and BBQ cleaned (if applicable).
Please take care of your keys/access cards. If you lock yourself out a callout fee will be incurred.
If the keys/access card are lost or taken with you on your departure, a replacement fee will be incurred.
No drugs or illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible to pay for damage or breakages. Any damage/breakages to be reported to the host before checkout.
Any alteration to the booking must be made by the guest via the booking platform.
Internet connectivity varies from property to property, depending on location, weather and unforeseen events. We are unable to remedy technical issues outside of our control.
We do not refund for problems such as plumbing, electrical, Wifi not working, light globes blown or gas, etc. Any issues identified by the occupant must be communicated to the host and will be attended to as soon as practically possible.
At times, when the property is occupied, maintenance specialists are required to attend to their regular maintenance schedule, i.e. lawns and pools.
Any breach of the above rules will permit us to cancel or terminate a booking. Refunds will not be paid on terminated bookings.
Our cancellation policy is firm and we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
