"Leider stimmt die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses nicht ,den es ist kein ganzes Ferienhaus was man mietet ,sondern nur eine Wohnung in einem Mietshaus, und das 3 Schlafzimmer ist auch noch außerhalb der Wohnung es grenzt mit einer Milchglas Tür an den öffentlichen Flur. Die Wohnung selber ist schön geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Mit einer schönen Terrasse. "Das FeWo-Objekt entsprach vollauf unseren Erwartungen. Der Check in klappte mit persönlichem Telefonat vorher völlig problemlos ! Die freundliche Gastgeberin hatte alles hervorragend vorbereitet und wir konnten uns sofort häuslich einrichten. Hervorzuheben ist die gemütliche Terrasse und die passende geschmackvolle Deko. "Wir haben unseren Winterurlaub in diesem Haus verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist rustikal und wird mit einem zentralen Holzofen befeuert, d.h. man muss früh erst einmal heizen damit die Familie es zum Frühstück warm hat. Wir fanden das sehr gemütlich und hat auch den Kindern gezeigt, dass nicht alles auf Knopfdruck funktioniert ;-) Die Bäder kann man zusätzlich per Strom heizen. Wir haben zu fünft mit Hund übernachtet. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die neuste aber es ist soweit alles...

"Grundsätzlich hat alles gut gepasst. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern gemäß Angabe auf dem Online-Inserat eine volle Besetzung. Trotzdem war für alle ausreichend Platz und insbesondere der Aufenthalstbereich mit offener Küche diesbezüglich sehr angenehm. Auch der vierte Sanitärbereich war für die große Anzahl an Leuten ein Zugewinn. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus überdurchschnittlich. Eventuell fehlte ein Wasserkocher und die Topfdeckel waren teilweise nicht mehr...

"We had a fine stay in this property. The house is tidy. With a nice space around the house where kids can play with a trampoline and pool. One remark: the property is less appropriate for talll persons (> 1.90m) : the ceilings on the first floor are low as well as the shower. Also the beds are too short for tall people. You can make nice trips into the Erzgebirge and to cities as Dresden and Karlovy Vary. ther is enough intersting to see and do. I can recommend the holiday home"
