"We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. There is limited hot water for showers and dishes, and weak water pressure in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress - I loved it, my husband did...

"What a great flat! Very comfortable and spacious. Only problem we had was finding the flat, late at night. We were dropped off at the wrong gate! It would be helpful if the flat numbers were beside the gate nearest the flat. Excellent pool facilities. We hopefully will be back. "

"I have just got back from staying in this wonderful apartment. Amazing location for all the sites and restaurants in Palma. Check-in communication was great, easy to find lock boxes etc. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and fresh. "Highly recommend! We really enjoyed the spacious apartment, it was perfect for the 3 couples who stayed there for 10 nights. The location, overlooking the sea, the boats, the bay, and beach was excellent and just a little away from the areas of more hustle and bustle.
