"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. If you are looking for an authentic Irish countryside stay- look no further! The place was very clean, cute, and was supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our 2 night stay ( including pots, pans, soap and paper products) Communication was amazing and quick and this is centrally located to so many tourist attractions! I will note 1 of the bedrooms is a bit on the shorter side, so if you are tall, you have to duck- but other than that - absolutely lovely!!"

"We had a reunion of 7 couples that worked together in the UK at Killaghy Castle. It is a true castle and is steeped in history. The property is very comfortable with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Three bathrooms are en suite and 2 are “communal.” The dine in kitchen is very large and equipped with a five burner stove, double oven, 2 refrigerator/freezers, 2 microwaves, and more plates/bowls/cutlery than you can ever huge. There is a wonderful sitting room with a great fireplace and a formal dining room that will seat 16 comfortably. The village of Mullinahone is small but wonderful and you are equidistant from both Kilkenney and Clonmel which are worth visiting. T j Macs bar is a 10 minute walk and the owner, T J, can take care of all of your needs plus it is a wonderful pub. The castle owners Pat and Mary are a delight. Their daughter Eileen is the property manager, she is super responsive and pretty much immediately took care of all of our requests. We had a lovely time. I highly recommend Killaghy castle as a destination for group gatherings."
