"We chose this house so we could visit Skellig Island. Sadly, the trip was cancelled due to stormy weather but we didn't mind too much as the house was such a pleasure to hunker down in! We used our downtime to catch up on showers, laundry, rest, and relaxation before resuming our tour around Ireland. It was a lovely house with plenty of room to spread out, watch Banshees of Inisherin, and eat take away from Dooley's in our PJs. "This is a pretty, clean, well-stocked house on the lovely Sheep's Head peninsula. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the TV has Netflix. It's only a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, two restaurants, and a general store. The general store only takes cash. The only caution I would give is that there is very little taxi service and only one bus, so plan to bring a car if you want...
