In the picturesque capital of Sardinia, which is situated directly at the sea, is the luxurious, barrier-free holiday apartment ExmA Luxury Apartment and impresses its guests with exclusive interior. The apartment has a light-flooded living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with coloured Boho-style tiles. The accommodation can therefore accommodate 8 people. The entire holiday flat is equipped with high-quality furniture as well as modern ceiling lights and provides thus for a particularly high measure of comfort. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Due to its central location in the heart of the city, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are right on your doorstep. The city's long sandy beach, Spiaggia del Poetto, is 8.8 km or a 20-minute drive away. The holiday home is therefore perfect for anyone looking for a luxurious apartment close to the city and the beach.

Amazing apartment. Amazing location.
Ninni is a great host with an amazing apartment. It is beautifully procured and very comfortable and luxurious. 4 bedrooms with king sized beds, 2 spacious bathrooms, multiple small balconies, a big open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need. The washing machine is a great amenity too. There is a private, dedicated parking spot a block away in a very safe garage. Ninni escorted us there himself. This was also a very nice offering. The location is central, a short walk to everything. The building lets out onto a square with restaurants, bars and cafes; locals having drinks under the trees. While the downstairs is lively enough to hang out for an evening, there is no street noise from the apartment. The nights were quiet in the apartment. We had great rest while staying here. Ninni is a gracious host who has thought of everything. He is always a text away and he has a deep knowledge of his city. In his house book, he provides numerous recommendations for all kinds of dining experiences and things to see in the city. I cannot recommend this stay highly enough. It is a perfect place to call home in Cagliari, for families, or groups of young friends like us. Grazie, Ninni!

Very spacious, fully equipped kitchen with every kind of utensil, lovely bathrooms. A/C working perfectly in every room, excellent quality bed linen and towels, very comfortable beds, everything new and spotless. Very nice hosts

Pristine and spacious apartment in the heart of Town
The apartment is located in a historic building in the heart of Cagliari. It enjoys a great view of the old Castle area and is steps away from shopping, restaurants and city’s attractions, yet it’s quiet, since it sits on a gorgeous small plaza with benches and green. The apartment is pristine and meticulously kept and decorated, extremely spacious and equipped with every comfort: modern bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with every tool for cooking (a rare find in a rental), several large screen TVs, WiFi and top of the line beddings. Ninni has been a great host- prompt in replying and attentive to every need we had. A great experience overall and will come back!
