La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. Massimo è stato molto attento con noi e sempre pronto ad aiutarci, penso che se tornassimo a Genga sceglieremmo nuovamente questo posto "

"We had a lovely stay at Daniela’s property in Umbria. The house was clean and very well maintained, with a great private pool and garden. It was a quiet and secluded spot, with an amazing view. Communication with the host was easy and we felt very welcome at the property. Would highly recommend."

"Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder."

Diese Unterkunft wurde von dieser Seite einfach eingestellt, ohne mit dem Besitzer oder mit dem Verantwortlichen eine Abmachung zu haben. Als Wieder Vorstand hatten wir das Geld überwiesen. Aber der Anbieter wusste nicht mal, dass wir gucken auf Rückfrage antwortet man nicht mehr und ging auch nicht ans Telefon. Einfach ne verarsche Seite bitte nicht buchen"

"Etwas weit ab vom Meer, dafür aber unglaublich idyllisch gelegen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, entspante Zeit."

"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs....

"Un havre de paix et de biodiversité"

"Sehr netter Vermieter und die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich schön. Die Unterkunft selber ist leider in einigen Punkten nicht wie beschrieben. Wir haben nach einer FeWo/Ferienhaus mit Pool oder wie hier Schwimmteich gesucht. Der Teich auf dem Grundstück besteht aus einer schlammigen Brühe und hat nicht mal mehr ein Drittel der eigentlichen Füllhöhe. Es ist also nicht möglich ihn zu nutzen. Das in der Beschreibung angegebene TV existiert nicht . Die Gartenmöbel bestehen aus 3 etwas in die Jahre...

"We were 8 adults plus two toddlers, we stayed during July so it was quite warm but thankfully the river was still flowing and we could swim in the rockpools to cool down. The area around the Molino is so beautiful, and the house itself is just incredible. It's full of character and history - it's definitely rustic but we absolutely loved it and that was what we were after. "if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...

Amazing views, price, restaurant & friendliness

"Hotel is a true Borgo style with very friendly staff. Rooms are a good size and nicely furnished. Though they g do not offer coffee making facilities on the room all other tea making facilities are available on room. Beautiful dining and breakfast area with extensive views. Wait staff are friendly and provide excellent service - restaurant food of a high standard and incredibly well priced for such a property. Only drawback is parking which is a walk up/down slight slope but it’s Italy!! Already have friends booking it! "
