"Stay was great. Location was convenient. Place was clean and smelled wonderful. Personnel was awesome, especially Melissa and Alexis. It was a late checkin and Melissa was extra helpful upon checkin. If I have to go through Canton again, this is where I would stay."

"Some bleach stains on the wallpaper in the bathroom, showing "age." A mysterious 6-inch brown streak on the bathroom ceiling (chocolate? something more sinister?) Too high up for housekeeping to easily get to, I suppose. A clothing price tag from Marshalls, snipped off an Xmas gift (it was three days ago) no doubt by the previous guest, under the ottoman. Sofa settee with obvious dirt & stains. Overall, a great place, but not the "9.2" claimed, more like a solid 7.5. "

"Great amenities, great hotel. Please people for those of you who will book through EXPEDIA and are just regular guest DO NOT purchase the “RESORT CREDIT”, the hotel will not honor it as it is for their high tier members only, the hotel personnel made me do the runaround about this with Expedia and they still didn’t honor it (FYI). This was my only disappointment with them, hotel is great!! "

Huge Secluded Lakeside Super Private Gorgeous Retreat

Exceptional Experience!

"I cannot imagine my wedding weekend being more amazing than it was and I'm delighted to have been able to hold it at Mark's property. The property is beautiful and the scenery is amazing for photos. From start to finish Mark was communicative and helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. He had a few renovations done before our check-in time and communicated with me each step of the way. He's a very sweet host, very accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, easy, and comfortable. The property quite literally has everything you need for a small event, party, or wedding. Our guests who stayed at the property had comfortable sleeping arrangements, lots of space and the bar / pub downstairs is an extra bonus! I would highly recommend this property to anyone & look forward to coming here again in the future. Thanks for everything, Mark. You are the most gracious host! "

Cozy and Elegant Home Near Downtown Woodstock!

Nicely Decorated / Old Structure

"When we entered the property it was tastefully decorative and attractive. After a few hours, we found the structure to be old and the floors quite uneven. However the heating, AC, and plumbing worked well and we were quite comfortable. The kitchen is fine, but it is not equipped for major cooking. All in all, we had a comfortable stay but felt the structure needs some upgrading to be rater higher."

Cozy Country Home with 5 Bedrooms 4 Baths and Swimming Pool

Retirement Gathering

"My husband and i, our children and grandchildren, and brother and his family stayed here during our son's retirement celebration from the Marine Corp. There was plenty of room for all of us so the babies could sleep away from the noisy adults. We were grateful for the four bathrpoms when we got hit with a gastric bug during our stay. The house is roomy ,and inviting, decorated for the season, and feels welcoming.The location feels private and secluded and yet was close to everything. Deborah responded quickly to our inquiries and was so kind and helpful. We recommend and would stay here again. "

"The only warning I would give is that it looks as though you enter through the gate where you park, but you don't. You enter through the upstairs. But it was beautifully fenced, lots of private yard, very quiet and convenient to things"

Relaxing and beautiful

"We stayed over labor day weekend and it was awesome. Elizabeth was super easy to get ahold of and went above and beyond for us. When we got there, they had snacks and cold water ready for us as well as fresh towels in the bathrooms. We all really enjoyed our stay and its super close to the amphitheater which was perfect because we were going to a concert. "

Stay with a stranger

"Home had a random stranger staying in the “middle room”. This is not a rental all to yourself. Not a situation you would ever feel comfortable for your family. We left immediately after tour. This place shouldn’t be listed on vrbo, maybe the other rental place, but this was not as advertised. Of course vrbo didn’t refund, absolutely pathetic business."

Pet-Welcoming Decked Out 3BR Near Atlanta Golf

Locked out

"My elderly mother and I arrived at the property after a long flight and rental car line to find out that they gave us the wrong code. We were locked out, and it was past 10pm- so no one was able to respond. We ended up staying at a hotel that night. We both still wanted to stay at the property, but were hesitant based on the prior night. Luckily, the new code they gave us worked and we were able to access the property the following day. They property was clean, modern, and well appointed. However, nothing has been done yet to remedy our experience of being locked out and no responsibility has been taken from management. In summary, great place, but be cautious if you're arriving after hours, and management budge an inch if there's an issue."
