More toilets nearer to ground floor bedrooms would have been useful (but they both coped well with light to cross to the ground floor toilet by the front door) I used the upper floor opposite end of the propertywhich might have exit problems in an emergency). Comfortable rooms."

"We had a fantastic time. The house is lovely, clean, spacious and well equipped. It's very close to the beach and there are some lovely walks nearby. It's close to the port of Calais and the centre of Calais. Joel was a great host; he's very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come again."

"The house is a good size with all accommodation needs, well equipped kitchen. Is it nicely decorated and clean with a good sized garden and BBQ. We didn’t have the best weather but there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to visit. The beach is an easy walk and there is a local train station. I would mention that the stairs are quite steep if you have little ones with you. Overall we had a lovely family break, there were 8 of us plus baby and fur baby. "Lovely new clean hotel. It’s an older persons living facility but that is no issue. The area is still being built but there was no noise from construction. The car park is unfinished but again not an issue. The breakfast was cheap and good. It’s a little out of the main areas but 20mins walk from the beach or @10mins walk to nice restaurants. "
