Os funcionários são educados e dispostos a ajudar. O café da manha foi muito diferente do final de semana para dia de semana: No domingo havia opções, porem as coisas acabavam e não havia reposição. Na segunda não havia opções,era sobras do dia anterior e poucas coisas, gelatina líquida, poucos frios, sucos no finalzinho na jarra. Fiquei bastante descontente com essa situação. Tive problemas com o wifi , que parou de funcionar por um longo período. Uma camareira destrancou e abriu a porta do meu quarto comigo lá dentro e eu não havia solicitado arrumação, a mesma nem pediu desculpas pelo fato. Passei por 3 quartos , em um primeiro momento fui transferida devido a uma obra no vizinho, então para o barulho não me atrapalhar fui colocada em um outro quarto,que era melhor do que eu havia contratado. Adorei essa política do Hotel, porem no novo quarto onde eu fiquei choveu dentro do quarto. Escorrendo água na parede, pelo ar condicionado e goteiras em cima da cama. Mas esse problema foi resolvido pois o funcionário me transferiu de locação.

Muito ruim
Hotel muito simples, com nenhum conforto. Cama velha com estrutura prejudicada. Café da manhã ruim, sem reposição, com alimentos antigos, pouca variedade e local sujo. Apesar do café acabar às 10 horas, a mesa com os alimentos e prataria suja ficaram no local até por volta de 14 horas. Apesar da estrutura ser bem precária, o atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente.
