This detached, stately villa is located by the water at holiday park Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad, just 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the well-known, friendly Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The fully and comfortably furnished villa has three floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with TV and Playstation 4 and an open kitchen with a combination microwave and dishwasher. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor there are three more double bedrooms, including one walk-through bedroom, which gives access to the special tower room with a single bed. There is also a second bathroom with shower and infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. On the landing, you have a second toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. Through the patio doors doors you reach the garden by the water with a covered terrace with heater and garden furniture. There are also two sun loungers. At the water, you will find a private jetty with a rowing boat; fun for young and old! There is parking for two cars at the villa. At Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad there are various villas for rent for four to sixteen people.
