The apartment is lovely, very spacious and bright, quiet well. The building is of recent construction and is all new. It habitable 55m square distributed in living room with sofa bed Italian opening, kitchen with breakfast bar, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. It also has a patio.
It is fully equipped. The area is very typical. The beach is a two minute walk from the beach of La Caleta and eight historic center. It is well connected with other parts of the city. The area has all services and there are many terraces where you can enjoy Cádiz cuisine. The central market is one step and is very typical breakfast or snack chocolate churroscon in positions that are around.
It is ideal for a dream vacation in a quiet and peaceful place.

Highly recommended: Best location!
I highly recommen this apartment. It is in the old town extremelly well located. It is right beside the Caleta beach (2 seconds away). The cetral market, where you can buy fresh groceries & indulge in beautiful spanish food is very close. There are supermarket and lots of wonderful bars and restaurant with terraces. I was in the place in summer during the hotest period but the apartment is very cool. It has a small patio too. The place was spotless, extremelly clean. It is very spacious, more like the size of a two bedroom. The owners were very correct & friendly and helped with any queries we had. If I ever visit Cadiz again I will definetly stay here

Great stay, but be forewarned
Our stay at the apartment was great. It was clean and perfectly located. About a 2 minute walk from the beach and a 15 minute walk from the center of Cadiz. The only problem we had was with the owners when we were trying to leave. We originally agreed on leaving at 12 pm, but the owners did not come until 2 pm. We were very frustrated because we had a Bla Bla Car waiting for us and were lucky that the driver was willing to wait. Be cautious if you are on a tight schedule because the owners were not sensitive to our schedule at all.

Buenos días, acabo de venir de pasar unos días en Cádiz, fui con una amiga y que decir de la casa, que esta muy bien ubicada, muy limpia, bonita y silenciosa, teníamos de todo, tazas, vasos, cafetera, sartenes, microondas y hasta papel higienico..jajaja.. Todo cerca, la playa La Caleta a dos minutos, la catedral a 15 minutos dando un paseo. Los dueños de la casa, muy atento y serviciales, tanto que nos cogieron sitio para aparcar nuestro coche. Mil gracias!! porque sin ellos, seguiríamos buscando sitio ( imposible aparcar). Hemos estado muy a gusto, si volviéramos, repetiríamos.

El apartamento está muy cerca de la playa, es tranquilo y se duerme bien. La dueña muy agradable.
Un problema a destactar, el cuarto de baño huele bastante a humedad y una sugerencia, si pensáis cocinar no hay utensilios suficientes para ello.

Fijn appartement . Zowel het strand, als restaurantjes om de hoek
Door de ligging is gemakkelijk om de stad lopend te verkennen. Met de auto vrij eenvoudig de stad te verlaten. Appartement heeft nauwelijks daglicht, maar alles goed verzorgd. Prettig contact met de eigenaar.

Apartamento excelente con estupenda ubicación
El apartamento está muy bien, todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Está situado en la zona centro y al lado de la playa de La Caleta con todos los servicios a mano. Hay muchas terrazas donde se almuerza o cena a buen precio y disfrutando de un ambiente muy agradable y familiar. Nos ha encantado pasar unos días en Cádiz y seguro que volveremos.

Buen apartamento al lado de la playa
Apartamento perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones geniales. Esta a pocos pasos de la playa la Caleta, tiene muchos restaurantes en la misma calle y al lado de donde se encuentra, y varias tiendas y supermercados. Además, hay una parada de autobús cruzando dos calles que permite ir hasta playa victoria y santa maría. Los propietarios de la casa son encantadores, atendieron nuestras peticiones y dudas y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. Por poner algo a mejorar, aunque esta todo bastante bien, que hubiera alguna sartén más para cocinar y que hubiera sido posible tener cama doble en lugar de dos camas ya que eramos una pareja. Muchas gracias por todo. Esperamos repetir pronto. Un saludo.

Praktische Wohnung am Strand
Die Wohnung ist gut möbliert, etwas dunkel zwar und ohne WLAN und Zentralheizung, auch müffelt es im fensterlosen Bad und die sogenannte Terasse ist ein winziger schattiger Hinterhof, den wir nicht benutzt haben, weil es auch dort aus dem Gully unangenehm roch, aber dafür ist die Lage herrlich. Nur wenige Minutem zum Strand mit großartigem Sonnenuntergang und nette Bars und Tavernen im Vina-Viertel sind auch gleich um die Ecke . Wir waren ganz zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Praktische Wohnung am Strand
Die Wohnung ist gut möbliert und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist daher etwas dunkel. WLAN und Zentralheizung gibt es nicht. Im fensterlosen Bad müffelt es etwas. Die sogenannte Terrasse ist eigentlich ein winziger, schattiger Hinterhof, den wir nicht benutzt haben, weil es auch dort aus einem Bodenabfluss unangenehm roch. Sonst war aber alles okay und wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist herrlich: Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand La Caleta, wo man die herrlichsten Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann, und nette Bars und Tavernen im Vina-Viertel sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man in einer knappen Viertelstunde zu Fuß, es gibt aber auch gute Busverbindungen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hinsichtlich unserer Anreise- und Abreisezeiten höchst entgegenkommend. Wir waren zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

ESTUPENDO APARTAMENTO EN EL CENTRO DE CÁDIZ
Apartamento estupendo,bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para unos días o unas vacaciones, estupendamente situado, cerca de la playa, del paseo y del centro histórico. Una calle muy tranquila y con unas calles aledañas llenas de restaurantes y bodegas con solera. Muchísimas gracias a Marian y su esposo por su amabilidad. No será la última vez que nos alojemos en este apartamento. Absolutamente recomendable.

Extraordinario apartamento
El apartamento se sitúa a un paso de la playa de la Caleta y del castillo de San Sebastián, por lo que la ubicación es inmejorable. Es francamente amplio, yo viajé sólo y me dejaron llevar al perro. Está perfectamente equipado, el baño es muy amplio y la cocina es grande y tiene de todo. Está en una zona llena de terrazas, bares, comercios... en pleno centro de Cádiz y a un paso de todo. Sin duda alguna, repetiré.

Nos hemos alojado en éste apartamento en el Puente de la Inmaculada y la verdad es que me ha gustado mucho,tanto la casa, que está muy bien equipada de muebles,electrodomésticos etc....como su situación, muy cerca del centro, dentro de la parte antigüa de Cádiz,en fin,muy cómoda y los propietarios muy agradables. Tan sólo comentar a Marián que las luces de la cocina y el salón se quedan un poco tristes,creo que necesita un poco de más claridad. Apartamento muy recomendable,si vuelvo,repetiría.Saludos.

Great location!!
The apartment is exactly as pictured.. Well equipped and very suitable. The location one block from the beach and easy walk to the restaurants and markets. The hosts were very welcoming and assisted us with when needed. We are especially great fun for assistance with car problem. Cadiz is an amazingly beautiful city with abundance of restaurants, bars and green space. We loved our month there.

L appartamento è situato nella zona più interessante è comoda di Cadice. Silenziosa ma a un passo dal mare, da una via importante che in 15 minuti a piedi ti porta alla stazione.Vicinissimi sono i locali più caratteristici per tapear. L'appartamento rispetta le foto, è comodo, pulito e dorato di tutto ciò che serve. La proprietaria è stata cortese e disponibile. Unico neo la richiesta della cauzione di 150 euro che ci ha costretto l'ultimo giorno ad attendere la proprietaria per poter partire.A nostro avviso è scomodo e inutile,prima di ora non ci e stato mai richiesto. Consiglio però questo appartamento per l ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e..La luce, la gente e l atmosfera di Cadice sono imperdibili e per noi anche più suggestivi della fascinosa Siviglia.

Le meilleur emplacement pour découvrir le vieux Cadix
Appartement exactement tel que décrit, très propre et vraiment bien situé. On y a habité 6 jours et tout a été vraiment parfait. Les proprios sont hyper sympathiques. Madame parle parfaitement l'anglais, ce qui est rarissime en espagne. Elle nous a également dépanné en moins de deux et a été de très bon conseil. Vraiment...Merci!
