"Really enjoyed staying here so much that we have booked again for November and February. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable. The staff in the pub are so friendly it was a pleasure to sit and chat with them whilst having a drink. The housekeepers are especially polite and happy to help with anything you may need. "We had a family room, 3 adults and 2 children, at the last minute we had to bring the dog, Lorraine was very accommodating, we stayed for 2 nights and only got charged £10 extra for the dog, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely, would definitely stay here again. "This is a terrible place for a person expecting a good nights sleep in a clean environment. I ended up staying in what felt a converted shed. It was cold and damp. The bedding felt wet to sleep in as it was so damp. I ended up sleeping in my t-shirt i was so cold. The pillows where brown and dirty. The carpet had not been hovered. "The property was in pleasant grounds, in an attractive village. There are a number of b and b rooms in the barn which is now an annex to the main house. The room had a high ceiling so was airy and spacious. The ensuite shower room was too. The bed could be a double or two singles so was large size and we found to be comfortable.
