"Everything was great except for the electric. It definitely needs an upgrade. You couldn't run both air conditioners at the same time for very long. Forget about using a blow dryer it trips the breaker. The dock was on deep water which was awesome, however it can use an upgrade too. Overall it was a good place to stay for a weekend but maybe a little over priced for what you get. "

"We were at the lake for a high school bass fishing tournament. The place was perfect for us with two bedrooms, one for the two boys and one for me. Parking with a boat was pretty tight but doable. The place was super clean and the landscape was awesome. The owner was great along with the communication. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in our short time staying at the property. I will rent again the next time we have a tournament at PK! "

The stairway to the second floor is extremely steep with stairs that are very shallow. There is a warning sign at the base of the stairs asking folks to use the railing. "The listing showed this as a basic place to stay and I understand that when I made the reservation. But I only needed overflow arrangements for sleeping and showering. The ladies staying there did not like the beds, kitchen sink or bathroom. They came over to my place to shower, and checked out of the room a day early. The location was good, and the grounds were pleasant."
