I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept...

"The room was a bit cramped, with the desk chair bumping up against one of the beds, and too few mains outlets. But it was fine for a brief stay, and the staff was very courteous, even preparing me a takeaway breakfast because I had to leave in the early morning."

"Nice hotel, unfortunately there is a lot of noise in the rooms, you can hear the others room bathrooms and staff cleaning since 6-7am. The indoor swimming pool is an open to the public water park with lot of people and kids. The saunas are good but there is loud music and very spa. Staff was really nice and they gave us an upgrade as soon as we arrived. There’s no outdoor swimming pool which is not nice for the summer. "
