"A completely run down place. When entering the room there was mouse poop on the beds and the shelves. Taking a shower was impossible because there wasn’t enough water available. Place is not safe. Long dark walkways without any illumination in the property to get to your cabin. At night lots of traffic noise and parties in the neighborhood. Not recommendable"

"My husband, 8 year old daughter and I stayed at Casa Majestic for 4 nights. The house is clean and pictures are accurate. It is equipped with the basics only, so be sure to bring what you think you may need. You must have a 4x4 to get to the house. As others mentioned in their reviews, the hill is very steep and rugged. "Had a great trip at Richard's Property. His property is a beautiful spot. Right on the beach with everything you need close by. Its extremely clean. I enjoyed surfing every morning down the beach and my family enjoyed the beach, playing in the waves, and taking naps in the hammocks under the trees."

"The house we stayed in has beautiful woodwork and was spacious but also a bit treacherous with a stairway with no handrail and a step up part way into the living area. The beach is lovely and it was not touristy when we there (during heavy rainfall). Howler monkeys entertained us frequently. The maid did a very good job.
