"A completely run down place. When entering the room there was mouse poop on the beds and the shelves. Taking a shower was impossible because there wasn’t enough water available. Place is not safe. "All in our party were very pleased with our stay. We used the pool nearly every day. Rooms were cool, internet fast as advertised, short walk to the beach, good surf spot, daily cleanup was thorough, and plenty of kitchen items to cook with. Small grocery store, Italian restaurant, and breakfast/lunch café all within a few minute walk. Excellent."

"Our family of four stayed between Christmas and New Years. The house was perfect - great views and great location. Right in the middle of Santa Teresa. The host was incredible. So helpful before and during the trip with reservations, cars, etc. We used LocalBird for fishing, snorkeling, etc. We missed our flight from San Jose to Cobano and there were no other flights.
