"The bathroom: It was quite small. One of the light bulbs was "dead". The mechanism that supported the shower head was broken and it was not possible to adjust the height - if you raised it, it just fell to the bottom of the pole. There was no telephone in the room. To contact reception, you had to physically attend in person. The reception was not attended 24 hours a day. It turned out that the waste bin in the room was supposed to be emptied by the occupants - by taking the content to waste...

"The maitre d'hotel was fantastic, very welcoming, demonstrating the after hours locks, and providing a map and list of things to do in the area. My only caveat is the office is a bit hard to find within the residential-shopping complex. I recommend parking (at least first) next to the dentist office and walking the short distance upward along the front of the sloping driveway to the building entrance. "Good news: the property and surrounding setting is beautiful. Your accommodation is a small apartment rather than a hotel room. The bedroom is separate. If, like us, you wanted to visit several spots in western Provence without changing rooms, this did serve us well. But be aware that everyplace from Aix-en-Provence to Avignon is 30 to 50 km away. "Stayed as a family with kids <5years old. Swimming pool and splash pool was great considering the heat. Property itself needs some upkeep and attention. It was perfect for the odd afternoon which we had a we traveled out of the resort most of the time and just used it as a base. I would not spend all my days there but considering its location to Marseille and the lovely surroundings it worked out pretty well"
