This resolutely modern Provencal-style farmhouse welcomes you to a privileged location on the heights of Cabrieres d'Avignon, on the edge of the cedar forest and facing the Luberon mountains. Peace and quiet are guaranteed on this dead-end road. You can walk to the typical Provencal village with its local shops (a tobacconist's, grocer's, butcher's, delicatessen and baker's). You are 5 minutes by car from Gordes and 15 minutes from L'Isle sur la Sorgue, known as the Venice of Provence.

Mas Mayflower, Very large, light-filled living room opening onto a huge terrace protected by a bioclimatic pergola. A laundry room adjoining the kitchen and a separate WC complete this ground floor of over 100m2, which is fully air-conditioned with underfloor heating and air conditioning, making it extremely comfortable! The south-facing first floor features a master suite with dressing room, bathroom with shower and WC, 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with bath and separate WC. Underfloor air conditioning. New 160x200 bedding, hotel linen and plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. At the foot of the terrace, 7.5 x 3.5 swimming pool with beach (with hydrolysis and PH regulator, no chlorine) and wooded garden. Relaxation guaranteed. A hammock under the oak trees for a siesta and deckchairs. Parking available in the grounds of the house (north side) or on the Chemin des Cabanes. Peace and quiet guaranteed!

super mooi huis op een prachtige locatie.
Pros: Prachtige locatie, heel veel bezienswaardigheden dicht in de buurt. Fris huis, zeker bij warme dagen. Heel vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Een echt top huis!
