We rent a 60 m² apartment within a semi-detached house, which is perfect for two to four people. It consists of a large kitchen, two bedrooms and a nice bathroom, is tastefully furnished and inviting. In the planted courtyard are an outdoor shower, garden furniture, drying rack and a large barbecue available. The beach of Funtana Meiga is only 100 meters away. The quartz beaches of Maimoni and Is Arutas are easily accessible by bike.

We rent two apartments within a semi-detached house ('Bougainville' and 'Corbezzolo'), which are perfect for two to four people. Both consist of a large kitchen, two bedrooms and a nice bathroom, are tastefully furnished and inviting. In the planted and stone-paved courtyard are outdoor showers, garden furniture, drying rack and a large barbecue. The beach of Funtana Meiga is only 100 meters away. Other beaches and the nature reserve Seu are easily accessible on foot or by bike.

Relax, tranquillità a due passi dal mare
Appartamento moderno, ben tenuto, pulito. Si raggiunge il mare in due minuti a piedi . Moltissime spiagge nei dintorni. Nelle vicinanze un solo market e ristorante. Massima tranquillità

Proprietà recentissima, ben ammobiliata, tenuta molto bene. Pulita ed ordinata. I proprietari sono persone veramente a modo, gentili, ospitali, disponibili e discreti. Una bella esperienza, ci si sente a casa. Grazie.

No era lo esperado
Esperábamos más de la vivienda. Las fotos son engañosas. Deberían anunciar que las viviendas son sótanos o planta baja rehabilitada de la casa. Poca luz. Ninguna intimidad. Estábamos en zona de paso. Complicada localización de la casa. Lo único positivo, los dueños y la proximidad de la playa. Equipamiento escaso (sin tostadora, toallas diminutas, sartenes que se pegan,etc). Mampara de la ducha rota. No recomendaría éste alojamiento.

Graziosissimo appartamento ad 1 minuto dal mare!
L'appartamento è spazioso, ben arredato e dotato di tutto quello che serve (stoviglie, pentolame, ...). Ci è stato consegnato pulito ed in ordine. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Le due camere permettono di ospitare 4 persone. La zona living è ampia. Se non si vuole mangiare dentro casa, c'è anche un tavolo all'aperto. Nell'ampio patio antistante c'è anche una doccia, per togliere la sabbia quando si arriva dalla spiaggia senza sporcare casa! Il mare è il mare della Sardegna, non servono commenti, si raggiunge a piedi in 1 minuto. Nel villaggio c'è un mini-market per soddisfare le normali necessità. In pochi minuti d'auto si raggiunge Cabras dove ci sono dei market più grandi. Nei dintorni tantissimi luoghi di interesse naturalistico, storico e culturale. Ottima esperienza, assolutamente consigliato

Assolutamente consigliato!
Appartamento comodo, curato, pulito e fresco. Proprietari gentili, disponibili e discreti. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Località tranquilla, mare splendido. Comprensorio ricco di siti naturalistici e culturali per fare escursioni. Ottima esperienza di vacanza con famiglia. Assolutamente consigliato!

Proprietari molto gentili e accoglienti. Appartamento luminoso, fresco e molto pulito. Ideale per una vacanza estiva con la famiglia in quanto la spiaggia sabbiosa e con acqua cristallina è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Zona tranquilla, ideale per ogni tipo di esigenza e per rilassarsi dal lavoro e dalla vita di tutti i giorni. Facile da raggiungere e dista pochi minuti in auto da Oristano , città dotata di una storia e di monumenti antichi. E' stata una vacanza rilassante e allo stesso tempo piacevole che consiglio a chiunque. Vacanza da rifare!!

Ruhiger Badeurlaub
Die bisherigen Bewertungen kann ich hinsichtlich der freundlichen und zurückhaltenden Vermieter und der sauberen und schön gelegenen Unterkunft voll bestätigen. Allerdings haben wir etwas einen Fernseher mit Deutsch-TV vermisst, da es im Ort auch keine deutschen Zeitungen gab. Wir waren tatsächlich gezwungen, Bücher zu lesen :-) Die "Kaffeemaschine" entpuppte sich als orientallischer Mokka-Kocher. Man konnte mit ihm aber guten Kaffee zaubern, wenn auch nur immer kleine Portionen. Mit dem Essengehen hatten wir so unsere Schwierigkeiten, da die Italiener einen anderen Tagesrhythmus haben und die Lokale erst spät am Abend öffnen. Zum Einkaufen empfiehlt sich der Supermarkt in Oristano, da der kleine SB-Markt am Ort sehr teuer ist (1/2 Pfund Butter 2,45 EUR !) Der Strand ist naturbelassen, aber sauber mit klarem und einladendem Wasser. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafter Erholungsurlaub
Angefangen hat alles mir einer sehr herzlichen Begrüßung und einer Führung durch die Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat eine echt schöne Terasse im Innenhof mit einer Aussenliegenden Dusche, die echt praktisch ist um sich den ganzen Sand abzuwaschen. Und das werdet ihr öfters müssen, da der herrliche Strand (in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht) mit glasklarem Wasser quasi direkt vor der Haustüre liegt. Die Wohnung war in sehr gutem Zustand (wie beschrieben) und alles war sehr sauber! Die Provinzhauptstadt Oristano ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In direkter Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Strände und auch einige Ausflugsziele wie z. B. die Ruinen von Tharos. Wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, und auch im Urlaub mal länger fahren kann, bietet sich die Wohnung auch als gute Station für Ausflugsziele an. man ist in Oristano schnell auf der SS131 die von Alghero bis Cagliari geht. Also für alle die es nicht so mit Himmelsrichtungen haben, von links oben bis in der Mitte unten rechts von Sardinien. :) Wobei Oristano so ziemlich die Mitte ist. Wenn man wie wir, seine Ausflugsziele mit einer Karte plant sollte man aufpassen wenn man an der Küste lang fährt. Die Strecken sehen kurz aus, haben es aber durch die vielen Kurven zeittechnisch echt in sich. Wir haben immer so 1 bis 1 1/2 Stunden länger gebraucht als gedacht. Aber es hat sich jedes mal gelohnt!! Alles in allem ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung mit netten Vermietern! Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Und wenn Sardinien nochmal auf unserer Urlaubsliste steht kommen wir auch gerne wieder in diese Wohnung. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles. Julia T. und Daniel K

Tolle Ferienwohnung, traumhafter Urlaub!
Wir können diese zauberhafte Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen! Alles perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und traumhaft gelegen! Am allerschönsten ist der idyllische Innenhof mit herrlicher Vegetation - die Außendusche liegt unter einem üppig blühenden Bougainvillea-Strauch, schöner kann duschen nicht sein! Außerdem waren die Vermieter von außerordentlicher Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft, so dass wir die Wohnung wirklich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen können. Ein klitzekleines Manko ist vielleicht, dass in der einzigen Snackbar in Funtana Meiga z.B. abends hauptsächlich Pizza serviert wurde, die volle Auswahl der Speisekarte gab es leider nur mittags. Dafür waren die Speisen dann sehr lecker! Wir würden also jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen!
