Tolle Lage an der Düne
Nettes Appartement ganz nahe zum Meer und nicht weit vom Zentrum von Cabourg. Es ist zwar etwas klein, aber für 2 Senioren hat es gepasst. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Aurore empfangen und eingewiesen. Die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Ferien in lkleiner, aber iebevoll gestalteter Wohnung
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Cabourg. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist klein und es gibt nicht viel Stauraum, dafür ist sie aber super ausgestattet und der kleine Garten mit Außendusche trägt zusätzlich zum Wohlfühlen bei.

Die Lage der Wohnung war super! Die Wohnung selber ist so winzig, dass ich Familien mit grösseren Kindern abraten würde. Nur mit einem Kleinkind. Die Betten waren schrecklich! Ansonsten war es wirklich schön, direkt hinter den Dünen gelegen. Es gab Putzmittel und wir konnten heizen.

Logement idéal pour un long week-end printanier
Logement conforme, très bien situé à proximité de la plage et à 15 min du centre ville à pied. Emplacement calme dans résidence sécurisée. Le logement est bien équipé pour cuisiner, le wifi est un plus. La chambre des enfants est petite mais suffisante. C'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix. La conciergerie est joignable et disponible. Je recommande vivement.

Très belle location
Nous avons passé 3 jours très sympa. La location est très bien situé à proximité de la plage mais étant en rez de chaussé on ne voit pas la mer. Location très bien équipée mais lit double à revoir. Néanmoins je recommande cette location.

Appartement conforme à la description, très propre, très bien équipé et proche du centre (15 mn à pied par la promenade Marcel Proust) Cependant une nouvelle literie serait la bienvenue ainsi qu'un nouveau canapé, les deux étant un peu "fatigués". Bonne communication avec la conciergerie très réactive.

Direkt hinter der Düne
Tolle Lage direkt hinter den Dünen, in weniger als 5 Minuten am Meer. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und modern eingerichtet, für uns zu viert grenzwertig vom Platz, aber darauf hatten wir uns eingestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, ledig die Matratzen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden.

C’est bien, mais ça a besoin de Maintenance
Les prestations et l’appartement sont plutôt conformes à la description de l’annonce, mais il apparaît très clairement que les équipements vieillissent. Par exemple les portes coulissantes ne sont plus guidées. Les portes du placard sont d’une manipulation délicate. Le champ du plan de travail de la cuisine est décollé. Le barbecue électrique qui fait disjoncter le tableau. Bref, tout cela devra être très nettement remis à niveau.

Ferienwohnung in bester Strandnähe
Wir haben dort zu Beginn der Sommerferien in Deutschland mit unserer 4 köpfigen Familie Urlaub gemacht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Ferien Anlage. Besonders praktisch ist der Eingang über die Terrasse, so dass man vom Parkplatz aus alles schnell ausgeladen hat. Über einen kurzen Fußweg durch die Dünen gelangt man innerhalb von 2 Minuten zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolles Badezimmer, großer Kühlschrank, gut ausgerüstete Küche und kleiner Garten mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ein ordentlicher Weber Elektrogrill ist auch vorhanden. Man ist sehr schnell über die Strandpromenade im Zentrum, wo es zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Der mehrmals wöchentlich stattfindende Markt ist mit absolut frischen Waren ausgestattet. Ich selbst spreche fast kein französisch, bin aber überall mit ein paar französischen Vokabeln bestens klar gekommen. Die Franzosen habe sich dabei als sehr offen und hilfsbereit erwiesen. Absolute Empfehlung!
