"Another great property from the Villa group. We have previously stayed at Villa del arco and it was our first time at valencia. Property was gorgeous. Rooms, pools, all of it. The family loved the infinity pool and especially lazy river. Good and service were excellent. Only complaint is the beach is not swimmable, but if you walk down one hotel you can swim and find crabs etc. I missed seeing the arch from the Arco and also paddle boarding and kayaking but this property was so beautiful and lovely. They are still new and the food took a very long time to come out but the servers were so attentive and the drinks were flowing. We will be back! "

"The staff and butlers were very accommodating, friendly, and kind. The room and amenities were top notch, clean, and modern. The food was excellent. The only negatives were the live music by the pools was too loud (not relaxing) and the two hot tubs were not working a couple of the days - only warm at best. This vacation was a real treat over the holidays!"
