Adoramos tudo !!! Apartamento muito aconchegante , muito limpo e arejado em uma excelente localização dando para fazer tudo à pé !!! A praia é só atravessar a av . Principal . O ambiente muito familiar, um silêncio incontestável na hora de dormir , muito bom mesmo. O sr. Marcelo muito atencioso está de parabéns ok !!! De fato o local é como no anúncio, bem próximo a praia (Dunas), organizado, limpo e arejado. Não precisa tirar o carro da garagem para ir a praia. Marcello é solicíto e bom de comunicação, atencioso e organizado como deve ser. Como sugestão, diria que só falta um TV de pelo menos 32 polegadas, e um repetidor de sinal de wi fi, uma vez que o sinal coletivo do prédio é fraco.

Os proprietários nos recebeu certinho, aparatamento limpinho, reforma e bonito. Prédio ótimo e bem perto da praia e de tudo. Único ponto negativo que achei que ele toma sol na parte da tarde toda e então é muito quente. Aconselho colocarem ar e ficará um excelente apartamento. Proprietários nota 10.

Ferias 2018
Lugar aconchegante, próximo da praia do Forte e da praça do chafariz onde tem restaurantes, lancherias, quiosques e lojinhas. Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelos proprietários dos imóveis inclusive tivemos que procurar socorro médico e os mesmos por estarem próximos neste dia nos acompanharam em todo momento do socorro. Super indico.

VENTILADOR COM DEFEITO
Fiquei 6 dias com meu marido,filho, irmã e sobrinho. Ventilador do quarto saia fagulhas de fogo(fiquei com medo de usar) ; Foi nos oferecido apenas uma chave(o que causou enormes transtornos). Meu sobrinho quebrou um copo e mesmo assim com todos os transtornos ocorridos o proprietário nos cobrou uma quantia absurda pelo copo.

O apartamento é exatamente como se mostra as fotos. O que me chamou muito a atenção foi a limpeza e conservação tanto do apartamento quanto do prédio que são impecáveis, bem como utensílios da cozinha, geladeira muito boa também . Marcelo e Andréia bastante atenciosos e nos receberam muito bem, nos deixando bastante à vontade. Não precisamos fazer nenhum contato com os mesmos em momento algum, pois tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Recomendo e em breve voltaremos.
