Apartment in condominium with 24h doorman, located in a leafy avenue and close to restaurants, snack bars, bakeries, pharmacies.

The apt. is on the 5th floor of the building, with side view. There are 2 elevators and one parking space per garage in the covered garage, with electronic gate control. The entrance hall of the building is spacious and comfortable, furnished with armchairs and overlooking the aquarium of the condominium where there are several fish.

The property is light and well ventilated, with a living area of ​​48m2, living / dining room, bedroom, kitchen, service area, bathroom and balcony. It is furnished with bed and closets in the bedroom, trundle and rack in the living room, table and 4 chairs in the living / dining room, and table and 2 chairs on the balcony. Apto igual ao anúncio, minha família e eu passamos ótimos dias. Logo que chegamos a Rose mandou msg perguntando se tínhamos feito boa viagem e se estava tudo em ordem e de fato estava tudo ok, apto limpo, mobília e utensílios em perfeito estado de conservação e localização perfeita. Gostaria apenas de destacar a internet que faltou pois mesmo com um repetidor o sinal é muito fraco e tela de proteção na janela e varanda. Com certeza pretendo voltar e lugar novamente.
