Namekagon Pines Retreat

Nestled among the majestic Pines just outside the charming town of Cable, Wisconsin, this delightful log home offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Just minutes from the Birkie Start, miles of scenic trails, a short walk to the river and a short drive to one of the Namekagon River canoe landings in the area. This home is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts.

Step inside to discover a welcoming space with three bedrooms, an Office and two full baths. The kitchen is bathed in natural light, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere for cooking, there is a separate dining room with a large table perfect for games, card playing and of course a great place to gather for meals. An Office space if you must work and a half wrap deck to enjoy the tranquility of the Northwoods or for the "Grill Master" of the group to create that special meal.

The cozy living room invites you to relax and unwind, with a fireplace front to lend character to the space but is NOT operational. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or an active lifestyle, this log home in Cable is a perfect choice.

Please bring your own kitchen, swimming and bath towels.

The Cabin has Air Conditioning on the Main Level only.  There are fans available in each of the upper level bedrooms.

Awesome fall color retreat!
Made this our home base for a few days of fall splendid. Ran up to Bayfield for Apple Festival - easy drive - and hiked nearby trails. Lived efficiently by cooking most meals here, and slept soundly in comfortable beds. Soooo quiet here! Great “retreat” atmosphere in the woods. Loved the deck and comfy seating in the great room. We would stay here again!
