Villa Casamare is a 7,300 sq ft luxury villa, situated within Seahorse Ranch with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy amazing sunsets with the panoramic view from your terrace or private pool. Our lush gardens are enhanced with many various species of tropical plants, trees, and flowers with bright and different colours.
Less than a minute stroll from the terrace you arrive at a private sandy beach and the villa is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach club with an ocean-front restaurant and two additional swimming pools and two additional private sandy beaches.

The Villa features five luxurious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own full private bath. Four of the five bedrooms are ocean view. We can accommodate up to 14 people. Three king-sized beds and three queen-sized beds.

Remember to call first dibs on the awesome master suite!! It is reached via a private outside hallway covered by a pergola with unique flowering vines. The master has an amazing ocean view, with a four-poster draped California king-sized bed; and it has a separate lounging area and walk-through closet.
The unique master bathroom will inspire you. It is done in Carolina stone and has a separate beautiful soaker tub, shower for two, his and her sinks on antiqued travertine counter-tops, toilet & bidet. Within the master bedroom is a private, tropical, and beautifully designed, outside shower for two. Imagine an open-air private shower amongst palms!

Villa Casa mare has Seven bathrooms with imported porcelain and Grove stainless steel fixtures with floors and walls all finished in hand-polished Dominican travertine & glass showers


For those who love to cook, our fully equipped kitchen is open and bright, with an ocean view and walk-through pantry. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, and granite counter-tops.
We can also arrange for chefs, waiters, and bartenders to serve during your stay.

Spectacular ocean views are offered on the expansive, covered terrace with a sitting area and 2 dining areas, one table for 12 and a breakfast table for 4. There is also another dining area inside the villa with seating for 6. Stainless steel BBQ is also available.

HOUSE RULES

This is a family-oriented Villa. Premises shall be occupied by a maximum number of no more than 14 guests. No parties over 14 guests (from the Guest List listed below) are allowed on the property grounds unless authorization is given by the owner or the villa manager. It is prohibited to use social areas as sleeping space.

No animals shall be kept in or around the premises.

Tenants shall not disturb, endanger or interfere with neighbors.

Smoking is prohibited inside bedrooms or any closed areas of the villa. If not complied with, a US$500 fine per room will be charged.

The house can not be used for sex activities, pornography or any unlawful purposes, including the use of any illegal substances.

For security reasons, tenants cannot invite locals onto the premises, including beach vendors, beach boys, masseuses or any strangers the Tenant don’t know, unless authorized by the owner / villa manager. It is specifically prohibited the entry of local or foreigner prostitutes / sex workers of any gender (or any other person known as such in D.R.) in any area of the Villa. If not complied with, the Tenant will have to leave the Villa immediately and will lose the total rental amount. The noncompliance with this matter could result on the use of local authorities to force the tenant and/or the guests to live the house. Will also renounce to any liability that these actions may produce, on behalf of the owner.

Professional / commercial videos, or pictures breaking any of the house rules, can not be uploaded in any platform. If do so, they should be removed immediately.

The use of glass material (glasses, bottles, etc.) is not advised around the pool. The owner will not be responsible if a glass is broken and results in an injury. Children should not be left alone around the pool or the beach.

The Tenant agrees not to violet any regulation of Casa Estefania, nor commits waste or nuisance upon the premises.
