Initially confused as to where lobby/ check-in is located because of so many Pousada Vila Obidos signs, but once we located the proper entrance, our experience could not have been better. Pedro is an excellent employee, giving us suggestions, answering questions, seeing us walking along the street and ensuring we were doing well later in the day. Walking along the top of the wall is so fun and you must try a ginja!"

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help you. My room had a balcony which had a view of the Castle wall which is what I wanted. I could look out the balcony and take pictures.
