"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"Het vakantiehuis is ruraal gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Wie houdt van rust kan hier erg genieten! Het huisje zelf is eenvoudig maar smaakvol ingericht. Alle basics zijn er maar geen extra luxe zoals een vaatwas, airco of wasmachine. Alles is heel netjes en schoon. De eigenaren zijn geweldig lieve mensen die vlot bereikbaar zijn. Wij hebben er erg van genoten!"

"Federica and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts - great communication throughout the stay and always available. The house was immaculate and well presented. The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"

"The home has everything you need for great dining. Chairs, sofas, beds and bedding al clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Easy to travel anywhere in the area, which we did every one of the eight days we were there. Pictures shown in advertising are very accurate. "During our three week trip to Italy, we were fortunate to have stayed at this beautiful property for nine days. It was the perfect accommodation and location for the six of us. Lulu and Luca are wonderful hosts. Lulu greeted us and gave us a tour of the property and provided helpful information about the area. "We stayed for 2 weeks at Sant’Angiolino. The house was exactly as promised and the location was breathtaking. Gorgeous views, peaceful space. The back patio was my favorite part of our trip to Urbania and Le Marche Region. What was even better? Our host went “above and beyond” to make us welcome! Special treats and enlightening conversations on the Region, sights, and typical Italian life in the area. We have never had a better and kinder host. "It’s an Agroturismo. We stayed there with friends, 21 total, 5 families, adults and kids. Fantastic welcoming by the owners. Great landscape, quite place, fantastic swimming pool. 4/5 different and independent appartements in a well restored house of mid 19th century - stones and wood. Great common place to cook and share moments. We went to : Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, Ravenna, Mirabilandia amusement park!"

"Die gemütlichste Woche seit langem ❗️ Wir waren mit drei Hunden im Urlaub und haben ,trotz nicht vorteilhaftem Wetter, jede Minute genossen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar umgeben von Natur. Der Ofen mit Sichtfenster - genug Holz vorhanden - wärmt das Haus. Das Sofa direkt davor könnte etwas größer sein. Die Gastgeber sehr bemüht. Als Gast können wir uns nur aufs herzlichste bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder für einen längeren Aufenthalt 🤩"

"Logement bien fait. Étonnant. Mais manque de confort. Le lit est très petit pour un couple et aucun fauteuil confortable pour se poser et lire. La table en pierre avec la belle vue est beaucoup plus haut dans le village (56 marches) donc impossible de s’y installer pour dîner ! En plus il y a beaucoup de passage. Nous sommes très exposés aux touristes qui passent devant nous. Pour une ou deux nuits ok mais pas plus. Les alentours sont beaux."

"accueillis de façon particulièrement sympathique par les propriétaires Graziana nous a appris à faire les pâtes, nous a fait goûter de délicieuses tartes et organisé un reps de recettes ombriennes délicieux. Maurizio nous a emmené voir les deux chapelles qu'il a retapées avec sa confrérie et expliqué les fêtes qui s'y déroulent encore le 8 septembre. La nature est sauvage et belle. Un super endroit pour des vacances au calme et dans la nature."

"Chiara hosted our wedding weekend. I can not stress enough that pictures on here don't do the property justice. It is one of the most spectacular villas we have ever seen. Chiara (the host) is so lovely and very attentive. The place it swlf has got so much space, so much offer and is so wonderful, we're hoping to go back for our 10 year anniversary."
