"I had a very warm welcome on arriving. Check was quick with nice staff. Bedroom was fine with ensuite shower room. It was quiet at night and I slept well. Breakfast was excellent well cooked and great value as it was included in the price of the room. Restaurant staff were very friendly and smiled which always nice and doesn't cost anyone anything, so well done 👍. I will come back.... "

"Lovely overnight stay in comfortable room with all the facilities needed. Bathroom was a bit tired and had limited space to put wash bags etc, but there was plentiful hot water and a decent shower, lovely toiletries and good towels. Good lively atmosphere in hotel, it’s Christmas so lots of entertainment. "I really enjoyed my stay and they were so helpful. My flight from Scotland got me to Chichester (via Gatwick!) by 9.50am on the day of my arrival and I had an important Zoom meeting at 10. Not only did they let me into the premises they gave me access to my room and I made my meeting exactly on time, even with a coffee and biscuit from my room. Breakfast the next day was excellent as well so no complain, only gratitude."

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and would not return if the stay was not good. The rooms are comfortable and the staff excellent. (Especially Anya the bar manager who could not do enough for us, whatever our demands) The Breakfast is excellent too with a large range of cooked options."
