I had some trepidation b/c other reviews mentioned a musty smell. My room was very clean, smelled clean and fresh, had great lighting, a desk, and loads of outlets (USB and standard). Car charging, gym, free WiFi, instantly hot water. You really get your money's worth.
For a Holiday Inn, it was unreal. Facilities are run down, Waited 10 minutes at check to speak to anyone. I had 2 large cockroaches, crawling across the ceiling on 2 nights. I was told they spray the rooms weekly for roaches. But couldn't refund a night because I booked through Expedia. I won't be staying there again. Terrible.
It had nice beds but they limited the towels and there wasn't any additional blankets in the room - should have had more towels and blankets for the price.
The room was nice and quiet and dainty. However the pre-loaded bottles of shampoo and lotion were empty. That's a major inconvenience and should be checked by staff in my room.

The roll in shower floor isn't steep enough to keep water from flooding the entire bathroom BUT the manager brought extra towels and took care of the problem. Over and above!
When I got there, the agent lied to me and said that my reservation was for the hotel next door. I went next door and was told that my reservation was for the place I just came from. Went back and found out that my room was sold to someone else. Took an hour and half to get a room at the other hotel. They would not even process my refund and told me to call expedia to request a refund
Someone was enjoying some late night music in their car outside. Thought after 11pm that would soften but was not to be.

Booked 15 min before arrival through Expedia. I understand it's a 3rd party, you have "no control".. then if it's going to be wrong. Donut work with them. No king room available upon arrival. No discount for 2 queens. We left angry. We're welcomed down the road at the price and proper room down the road stated. And the woman felt bad for us and gave us a discount. Your staff was super apologetic and tried to offer alternatives and assistance. Not her fault, she was lovely as she had Expedia immediately reach out to us to try to correct but I was already checked in somewhere else.
This was just an overnight rest in our relocation journey. I was so pleasantly surprised how wonderful it was. The desk attendant was incredibly friendly and helpful with useful information and tips. The room and hotel were so incredibly clean. Perfect stay!aoums highly recommended.
